RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your
purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us
for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more
information on our return policy.
RETURNS
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (Shipping status marked as “Delivered”).
All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return your product, just contact us at [email protected]
with proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost
of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance.
Barillio is not responsible for items lost in transit during the exchange or return process
REFUNDS (If applicable)
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take 3 business days.
- Shipping charges related to the original order as well as warehouse restocking fees will not be refunded.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.Please note, all orders are calculated in business days meaning the day of the order itself and weekends or holidays are not counted as business days.
- After placing an order, we can’t guarantee any changes to the shipping address or cancellation of an order, as we are working with shipping partners at different terms.
You can contact [email protected] and ask for an address change/cancellation of the order.
You can always return your product for a full refund according to our refund policy. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Frono Trading LLC is not liable for any products lost during shipping or stolen.
EXCEPTIONS
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or
damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when
purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the
value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate
will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when
purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to
themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he
will find out about your return.
