Barillio Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Barillio, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our barware products. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects and functional failures in Barillio products under normal household use.
This warranty applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions below.
Who is covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
To submit a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required, such as an order number, receipt, or the email address used to place the order.
What is covered
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail under normal household use.
Examples of covered issues may include:
- A metal bar tool breaking or failing under normal use
- A shaker, strainer, jigger, muddler, spoon, or other bar tool arriving defective
- A functional component separating, cracking, or failing due to a manufacturing defect
- A product arriving damaged or incomplete
- A clear workmanship defect that affects the normal use of the product
If a claim is approved, Barillio may, at its discretion, provide a replacement part, replacement product, repair solution, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the product, availability, age of the order, and nature of the issue.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or natural aging of materials over time.
The following are not covered:
- Normal wear from use, handling, cleaning, storage, or aging
- Scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, fingerprints, water spots, discoloration, or cosmetic marks
- Peeling, cracking, fading, softening, drying, or deterioration of leather-like materials, canvas, fabric, straps, handles, stitching, elastic loops, lining, zippers, or other soft materials over time
- Natural aging, cracking, fading, warping, or cosmetic changes in wood, bamboo, acacia, or other natural materials
- Wear, fading, scratching, or deterioration of plated, coated, painted, colored, or polished finishes
- Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, dishwasher use where not recommended, harsh chemicals, excessive force, dropping, impact, heat, moisture, humidity, outdoor exposure, improper storage, or neglect
- Damage caused by normal commercial use, heavy-duty use, rental use, event use, or use outside normal household cocktail preparation
- Replacement of a product simply because it no longer looks new after a period of ownership
- Packaging, gift boxes, manuals, recipe booklets, or other non-functional packaging components
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand sellers, liquidation channels, or marketplaces where the original purchase cannot be verified
Important note about materials
Some Barillio products include stainless steel, wood, bamboo, acacia, canvas, leather-like trim, fabric, elastic, zippers, coatings, or plated finishes.
These materials naturally have different lifespans and may change in appearance or condition over time. Leather-like materials, canvas, straps, handles, wood, and finishes may show signs of aging or wear due to air exposure, humidity, dryness, temperature changes, skin oils, friction, handling, storage conditions, and regular use.
Such aging or wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Lifetime warranty does not mean lifetime new condition
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is intended to protect customers against genuine manufacturing defects and functional product failures.
It does not mean that every material in the product will remain in new, unused, or original cosmetic condition indefinitely. Products made with fabric, leather-like materials, wood, coatings, or finishes may naturally wear or age over time, and that type of wear is not covered as a warranty defect.
How to submit a warranty claim
To submit a claim, please contact Barillio Customer Support with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The email address used for the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the issue
- Any relevant details about use, cleaning, storage, or when the issue appeared
We may request additional information, photos, or video before making a decision.
Warranty review and resolution
Each warranty claim is reviewed individually based on the product, issue, order date, photos or video provided, product age, expected material behavior, and whether the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect or normal wear.
Barillio reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this Limited Lifetime Warranty and what resolution is appropriate.
Replacement parts or products may vary depending on current inventory, product updates, color availability, or discontinued models. If the exact item is no longer available, Barillio may offer a comparable replacement or another reasonable resolution at its discretion.
Shipping
For approved warranty claims, Barillio may cover standard shipping for replacement parts or products within the United States.
International shipping, expedited shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees, return shipping, or other additional costs may not be covered unless specifically approved by Barillio in writing.
Limitation
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barillio is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
