Ingredients

  

• ½ Lime (juiced)
• 1-2 teaspoon Granulated sugar
• 6-8 Mint leaves
• 2 oz Light rum
• Soda water(to taste)
• Ice

Instructions

 

• Muddle lime juice, sugar, and mint into a large glass for about 10 seconds.
• Then add crushed ice and white rum.
• Top the glass with a dash of soda water (to taste).
• Stir with your long spoon from the Barillio mixology set.
• Garnish with a few extra mint leaves.
