Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe Sweet peach (peeled and de-stoned)
  • 8 Raspberries
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 bottle Prosecco,Champagne, or Sparkling wine
  • Optional: mint leaves

Method
 

  1. Blitz the fruit and water in a blender or muddle the fruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker until you get a smooth purée.
  2. Mix the water into yourpurée. Then strain the fruit puree through a fine sieve.
  3. Add 1 shot of purée to an elegant flute and top almost to the brim with prosecco.
  4. Finally, use your long spoon from the Barillio bartender kit to give the cocktail a quick stir and garnish with mint leaves.
